The 22 kV voltage transformer uses an epoxy resin shell with excellent insulation performance, which can prevent current or voltage crossing and ensure safe operation of the circuit. It is also resistant to high temperatures and corrosion, has good sealing performance, and has waterproof and moisture-proof capabilities. Compared to oil immersed transformers, epoxy resin transformers are lighter and easier to install and maintain.

20kv/22kv is the traditional medium voltage distribution voltage level between 10kv and 35kv. It is a mature voltage level widely used internationally. The iron core and winding of dry-type transformers are not immersed in insulating oil, which has extremely high safety, maintenance free, environmental friendliness, and good environmental adaptability. The 20kV/22kV system is equipped with a 22kV dry-type transformer, fully utilizing the long power supply radius and low loss of the 20kV line.

Product design features

1. The 1.22 kV voltage transformer adopts the most advanced epoxy resin casting process in China and has good insulation performance;

2. The iron core adopts a new type of cold pressed oriented silicon steel sheet, and the seven step 45 degree fully inclined joint process is aesthetically pleasing. The no-load loss is reduced by 3-5% compared to the three-step process;

3. In traditional dry-type transformer production, the insulation paint of the iron core is mostly black or black, while Youbian uses transparent insulation paint, which allows for a clear view of the process and materials.

4. The bending core fixture is independently designed, with a simple structure and easy manufacturing and installation, greatly reducing operating noise.
