Three-phase pillar structure and fully enclosed design

It adopts a three-phase pillar structure and is equipped with a fully enclosed insulating housing. It has excellent sealing performance and strong resistance to moisture and condensation. The conductive circuit and arc extinguishing chamber are insulated with epoxy resin or organic silica rubber, which can withstand high and low temperatures and resist ultraviolet aging.

Arc extinguishing performance: The vacuum interrupter uses a vacuum medium to achieve rapid arc extinction. The arc reignition time is short (about half a cycle), the contact wear is light, and it has strong ability to open faults in the near area.

Insulation strength: The high insulation strength ensures safe operation. The contact opening distance is small (for example, about 10mm for the 10KV model), the operating mechanism has a short stroke, and the mechanical lifespan is long.

Operational convenience and intelligence

Supports manual, electric and remote control operations. Some models can be equipped with intelligent online monitoring modules to provide real-time warnings of mechanical conditions and contact wear.

An isolating switch can be added to form a combined electrical device, which has an anti-misoperation interlock function and enhances operational safety.

By adopting true mechanical transmission, sealed mechanism boxes and other designs, the risk of rust is reduced, and the maintenance period is long.

The electrical life of the contacts can reach 30-50 open-circuit operations, and the rated current open-circuit times exceed 5,000 times. It has low noise and is suitable for frequent operations.
