The "vacuum" in the 11 Kv Vacuum Circuit Breaker refers to the environment inside the vacuum arc extinguishing chamber (usually referred to as a vacuum bottle). This is the core of the system. Due to its superior dielectric strength (insulation ability) compared to air or oil, vacuum can achieve smaller contact gaps and withstand high voltages.
When our 11 Kv Vacuum Circuit Breaker is in operation, contact separation occurs inside the permanently sealed vacuum chamber. Due to the absence of gas molecules, there is almost nothing to maintain the arc, thus achieving rapid fault isolation.

1. Contact separation: When a fault is detected, the contacts separate.
2. Metal vapor arc: Due to the metal vapor in the contact material, an arc will briefly form.
3. Rapid diffusion: Due to the vacuum environment, metal vapor will expand and diffuse at an extremely fast speed.
4. Zero crossing circuit breaker: When the current crosses zero for the first time, the arc extinguishes due to the faster recovery rate of dielectric strength than the speed at which the voltage rises and reignites the arc.
