Features

40.5kv switch recloser is an enhanced design product that complies with ANSI/IEC standards, equipped with a magnetic actuator, on/off device (RCWE type ACR does not have manual closing device), 3 current sensors, up to 3 voltage sensors, and more functions such as protection curve (programmable), coordination logic (programmable), programmable communication protocol, PC software, APP control tool, etc., and uses RWK352 controller.

The 40.5kv switch recloser is a solid insulated recloser coated with silicone rubber and does not use SF6 gas sealing. This recloser has high creepage distance and higher insulation level, suitable for systems up to 42kV level, BIL200kV。

The 40.5kV switch recloser is designed for three-phase AC 50/60Hz, with a rated voltage of 40.5kV, and is suitable for outdoor high-voltage switchgear. Mainly used in urban and rural power grids, substations, and distribution systems of industrial and mining enterprises, for breaking load current, overload current, and short-circuit current. Due to the special performance of vacuum circuit breakers, they are particularly suitable for applications that require frequent operation and oil-free modification.

This model of circuit breaker adopts a three-phase separated pole structure to ensure that single-phase faults will not cause three-phase short circuits. The vacuum arc extinguishing chamber is located inside the insulation sleeves of each phase, eliminating the risk of short circuit faults caused by condensation. The external insulation of the 40.5kv switch breaker is made of imported outdoor epoxy resin or silicone rubber material, which has excellent hydrophobicity and anti fouling performance, making it suitable for outdoor environments with high weather resistance requirements and harsh operating conditions. The circuit breaker has a compact overall structure, occupies a small area, is lightweight, and is easy to install. The interior of the box is filled with transformer oil, but does not contain sulfur hexafluoride gas, meeting the requirements of oil-free transformation and environmental protection.
